Guidelines for using this website. These terms do not replace a treatment agreement.

These Terms of Use apply to the public website of Grounded & Growing ABA Clinic (“Grounded & Growing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including pages that describe ABA therapy for children in Chicago and Illinois. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms cover website use only. They are not a contract for clinical services, insurance billing, or employment. Actual ABA services, if offered, are provided under separate agreements, assessments, and applicable Illinois and federal rules.
Informational content — not medical advice
Articles, service descriptions, insurance summaries, and other materials on this site are for general information. They are not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or substitute for professional advice from a qualified clinician who has evaluated your child. Reading this website does not create a provider–patient or therapist–client relationship.
If you have an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. This clinic website is not an emergency service.
Our services, generally
Grounded & Growing describes center-based and in-home ABA therapy and related family support. Availability, wait times, insurance participation, and whether a child is an appropriate candidate depend on clinical assessment, staffing, geography, and payer rules. Nothing on the site guarantees enrollment, a particular schedule, or a specific outcome.
Insurance information is a general overview. Coverage varies by plan. We may help verify benefits, but your plan documents and payer control what is authorized and paid.
Using the website
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- Submit false information on the consultation form
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape in an abusive way, or gain unauthorized access to the site or related systems
- Use the form to send spam, malware, or content that is unlawful or harassing
We may change, suspend, or stop offering any part of the site without notice.
Third-party tools
The consultation form may be processed by Formspree. Maps or fonts loaded from other companies (for example Google Fonts or Google Maps on the contact page) are subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, website text, layout, and branding (including Grounded & Growing and “Where Every Behavior Has a Voice”) are owned by us or used with permission. You may view pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy the site for a competing service without our written consent.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois and U.S. law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose regarding website content. We are not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website, except where liability cannot be limited by law. This limitation applies to website content and form tools, not to claims that must be addressed under a separate clinical or billing agreement if you become a client.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law applies. Venue for disputes about the website, to the extent permitted, is in courts located in Illinois.
