FAQ
Questions families ask first
Wherever you are in the process, you can start with a conversation.
What to bring to consultation
Optional but helpful — you do not need a perfect folder to talk with us.
- Insurance card (primary, and secondary if you have one)
- Your child’s date of birth and any diagnosis / referral paperwork you already have
- A short list of your biggest hopes or concerns (even three bullets is enough)
- Questions about schedule, wait time, or whether we are a fit
Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (central). Evening availability is discussed during consultation when capacity allows.
FAQ
What happens after I submit this form?
We’ll take it from here. A member of the Grounded & Growing team will reach out to learn a little more about your child, answer your questions, and understand what you’re looking for in an ABA program. From there, we can discuss availability, insurance and benefits, and the next steps toward assessment and services — if you feel we’re the right fit for your family.

Languages
Primary communication is in English. If your family needs another language, tell us in your message — we will share what support we can offer.
How long until we can start?
Timing depends on clinical capacity, assessment, and insurance authorization. We share a realistic timeline during consultation.
What if we are not a fit?
We will say so kindly and, when we can, point you toward other resources. A free consultation is for clarity, not a guaranteed enrollment.
